Cascade Tip of the Month- Protecting W&M Email Addresses

Spam bots feast on emails found in web pages but we’ve got a simple trick in Cascade to hide ours. In the editor place w| in front of a username and surround it with square brackets, for example [[w|txjeff]]. Bots only see “useless” text inside brackets and crawl away. Browsers on the other hand will convert the username into a functional email link, in this case

Same trick works for, and addresses as well as the department addresses, and Just replace w| in the example with e|, v|, m|, cs|, math| or physics| respectively.
