Facebook and Twitter are-so last year.

Yesterday, I was fortunate to present a session at edUi with Michael Stoner. Our presentation was called “Beyond Facebook and Twitter: Using Social Media in a Multi-Channel Campaign.”  We led a discussion about the importance of multi-channel campaigns – essentially a communication plan that integrates many social media platforms to support messages and calls to action.

We used the William & Mary Mascot Search as a case study to demonstrate the power of an Internet campaign.
