Interested in creating your own campus map? CGA offers an introductory workshop to help get you started. Learn how to select pertinent buildings, change colors, add labels and other aspects to customize your map. Instructions will include how to load software on to your computer, access the spatial data and create jpgs/pdfs of your maps.
The class runs an hour with extra time to try your hand at making a map. Plan to attend on Wednesday, September 22, 2:30 to 4:30 in the Center for Geospatial Analysis, 2nd floor of Swem Library. If you can’t make it in September, there is also an October date available.
You’ll love it. Tim Russell is a great guy!
